Welcome to Zion

At Zion we are a community of ordinary people – men, women and child, young and old alike – in the presence of an extraordinary God learning to love as we are loved. In that love, we welcome all to share in the life and ministry of this community of faith.

Message from pastor cindy white

What might you expect when you come to Zion? A rich experience of God’s grace through scripture, song, and confession. Zion’s building is an example of beautiful Gothic architecture. Its stained-glass windows and stately blue stone is a striking example of the faith it took to construct it during WWII. Members are happy to welcome anyone that chooses to worship with us. We have wonderful educational opportunities to learn about Jesus for every age. You will find that we are dedicated to numerous outreach ministries. Jesus tells us in Matthew 19:16 that “With God all things are possible.” As a result of this teaching, we pray to be creative, humble, grateful people that are servants to God’s greatest command to love one another. There are exciting things happening here. The Holy Spirit is alive, well, and moving beyond our imaginings … Come and see.
